Couponcat began in 2002 as a coupon page on my freebie site, Freebiecat.com, which is no longer online. As the CouponCat page became the most popular page on the site, I decided to expand the coupon offerings and created Couponcat.net.
As a stay-at-home mom who rescued cats, I was looking for a way to save money. I was frustrated with the grocery coupon sites that were online at the time and decided to create my own. To me, the ideal site would allow easy scanning of a page of coupons to find a particular brand. I also felt it was important to quickly see what coupons were new, without having to visit separate category pages.
This is why Couponcat has the latest site updates listed on the Home Page and a page with the Newest Blog Posts, with the latest coupons from all sources, added to the top of the list. Plus, manufacturer coupons listed A-Z by Brand Name and sorted by category.
Couponcat is meant to be a one stop destination for grocery coupons. By viewing the Home Page(s), the A-Z Coupon Lists, and using the Print Coupons Now tab, you can access every coupon on the site.
The A-Z by Brand Name pages contain coupons that can’t be found through the major coupon providers (see below). These coupons are usually offered by the product website or Facebook page.
The Print Coupons Now tab connects you to the major coupon providers. You can print coupons from Coupons Inc., RedPlum, Hopster and Smartsource without leaving this site.
Thank you for saving with CouponCat!
